Option to automatically move completed tasks

I don't inderstand why I have to manually go in and delete a competed task from one of my projects. Why won't it automatically move to the completed tab like it does in my inbox. I don't want to have to delete them. I want a record o them done, and it's a pain having to manually delete everything I accomplish.
